As a parent, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of admission to the ACT Online School, understanding that – should these conditions not be met -  ACT Online School has the right to refuse future subscription to the Online program.


  1. Children must attend all scheduled classes. In cases of unavoidable absence, parents must inform the school via the online portal, Email or the official Facebook page.

  2. Absence notes should be made at least 24 hours prior to the class time in order for it to be rescheduled. In case the absence note is made less than 24 hours before the session, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will not be rescheduled.

  3. Children must sign on to all classes on time and will follow the expectations of the online classroom set forth by the teacher.

  4. All fees for the month must be paid in full in order to receive access to the online portal.

  5. Our online classes will not be provided on bank holidays or days-off as stated in the ACT Microschools Online annual calendar. Please refer to the calendar here.


From ACT Micorschools Online, parents can expect that:


  1. ACT teachers will treat all children with respect and empathy

  2. All classes will follow the designated schedule, unless a change is announced via the portal with at least 24-hour notice

  3. ACT teachers will respond to parent communication within 24 working hours of the communication

  4. ACT teachers will create an engaging and safe space to facilitate learning
